B97(AME) is a queen of Arnd Messer (DE) mated in 2016, descendant G12 of Kangaroo98R. She is a Buckfast who comes from a line of pure ligurica (imp. Peter Davis, Kang. Island)-combination well established.

Die B97(AME) ist eine relativ junge Linie, die auf einen Kangaroo-Import zurück geht. Sie ist farblich nicht besonders stabil und hat durch die letzten Anpaarungen leider etwas an Brutfreude verloren. Sie wintert trotzdem gut aus und baut starke Völker auf. Während der Schwarmzeit bläst sie kaum Schwarmzellen an. An dieser Linie muss man noch etwas arbeiten bis sie sich wieder auf altem Niveau befindet. Die vorherigen Generationen waren auf jeden Fall sehr gut, sodass eine weitere Arbeit lohnt.
