B12(AME) is a queen of Arnd Messer (DE) mated in 2014, descendant G11 of Kangaroo98R. She is a Buckfast who comes from a line of pure ligurica (imp. Peter Davis, Kang. Island)-combination well established.

Die B12(AME) ist eine relativ junge Linie, die auf einen Kangaroo-Import zurück geht. Sie ist extrem brutfreudig, wintert stark aus und baut frühzeitig sehr starke Völker auf. Während der Schwarmzeit bläst sie — bis auf wenige Ausnahmen — keine Schwarmzellen an. Wegen der zu erwartenden Volksstärke, benötigt diese Linie gute Trachtverhältnisse über die ganze Saison.

Die B12(AME) ist etwas für Wanderimker, die auf starke Völker und guten Honigertrag wert legen.
